Every work is prepared to order in our atelier. Each order is individually inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch.
Preparation Time
Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. The delivery times below start once your order has been dispatched.

EU Delivery Times
After dispatch, DHL typically delivers within the following number of business days:

The preparation time of 5–7 business days applies in addition. We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores or Madeira. For other islands and remote regions, delivery may take longer; please contact us before ordering.
Carrier & Tracking
Orders are dispatched with DHL. Tracking information is sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Outside the European Union
For destinations outside the European Union, please contact orders@atelierderman.com before ordering so that availability and delivery can be confirmed.
Customs duties, taxes and import charges outside the European Union, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
