Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

If you use the online withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay by email. The acknowledgement will include the information submitted with your withdrawal declaration and the date and time at which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by Atelier Derman.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods only where that diminished value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Bespoke and Personalised Goods

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to non-prefabricated goods made according to your individual choice or specifications, or to goods clearly personalised to your needs, where the statutory exception applies.

Where a product is excluded from the right of withdrawal on this basis, this will be stated clearly before purchase.

Atelier Derman accepts withdrawals for standard collection configurations in accordance with the withdrawal terms above.

Gift Cards

For the purchase of a gift card, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. Delivery by email alone does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal. You may use our online withdrawal function.
