According to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), VAT is not levied due to the small business status (Kleinunternehmer). A VAT registration number is currently not applicable.

Atelier Derman retains the intellectual property rights it owns in its artworks, photographs, texts, designs and visual identity, to the extent protected by applicable law.
